I'm Iba from Shillong, Meghalaya. I hold a Bachelor of Education (Honors) degree, which I completed in 2016. Initially, I worked as a teacher in Pune for a year. In 2017, I transitioned into the hospitality industry with Panchshil Realty, where I spent six years as a Guest Relation Executive. Following that, I worked at The Ritz Carlton Pune as a Desk Coordinator from February 2023 to November 2023. Currently, I'm employed by JLL as a Guest Relation Ambassador, a role I've held since November 2023.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tenure as a Guest Relation Executive, where I had the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships with guests. I'm now eager to further refine my skills and elevate my career in hospitality, seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Approximate rate: ₹ 180 per hour

Experience

Site Management :

  • Manged both building in the campus with a total of 10 floor.
  • Conduct sitewalk daily with the checklist, lookout for defect and manage any hazardous object accordingly.
  • Ensure the meeting rooms are in "ready-to-use" condition when unoccupied.
  • Ensure the office equipment are in good working condition.Otherwise rectify immediately.
  • Liaise and manage respective vendor to support functionality of office space.
  • Responsible to consolidate all customer issues and generate a weekly and monthly reports.
  • Manage all customer issues tactfully and confidently.
  • To attuned with customer, build and established relationship with stakeholders across all levels.


 

Responsibilities 

Key Operations Delivery:

  • Checking mailbox and emptied at the end of the day. Urgent emails is priorities first.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for insurers or clients regarding endorsements and operational queries especially during RTO/RTW.
  • Trains, cross–trains, and retrains all front office, reception team personnel and TPVs staffs.
  • Handling complaints/feedback from clients/visitors/sponsors and other related problems and communicate to next level as per escalation matrix.
  • Conduct Bay Connects/ Focus Connects/ Women Connects/ SDL Connect and PWD Connect as per the schedule.
  • Prepare,maintain and share the MOM documented in mail.
  • Connecting with Leadership and Senior Managers to under any concerns proactively and to build rapport.
  • Conducting monthly Food Committee Meeting (FCM) and closing the issue raised in a timely manner.
  • Following up on the open points raised during connect till closure.
  • Communicating the plan of action/closure to the projects and team in respect of observations from Bay Connect/Focus Connect/ Women Connect/PWD Connect, FCMs and Seniors Management Connect.
  • Govern overall performance of Front Office Executive as per defined roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage reception task in absence of FOE and follow up with POCs for any upcoming Clients or NRE visits.
  • Conduct TPV staff training every week.
  • Ensure that employees are, always, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all client, NREs, visitors and other employees.
  • Check cleanliness of lobby, lifts and public areas, lights etc.
  • Monitor and oversee all VIPs, clients and their respective requests. To ensure seamless fulfillment of their requests, share the WBSE code with the Helpdesk team, enabling them to successfully process and provide the required request.
  • Ensure all equipment and hardware at the Front Office is working and there is zero downtime. Escalate as necessary for rectification.
  • Preparation of all required reports/participation in internal/external audits in respect of Front Office.
  • Ensure all reception team handles all incoming and outgoing calls in professional and polite manner.
  • Collage PAN Pune weekly/monthly reports and share with the FM.
  • Block calendar and share the invites as per discussion for any upcoming connects.
  • Update NRE & Clients data will date.
  • Monitor SAFE for any upcoming visit accordingly.
  • Completes logs, incident reports, and all other required documentation.
  • Monitors video surveillance cameras, fire prevention, detection alarm and notification system.
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies and raise PO in Petty cash accordingly.

I have done my B.Ed (Education) at Spicer Adventist, University Pune. My GPA is 3.44
