At my current position as a Technical Recruiter at Hirenow.ai, I consistently matched candidates with jobs
to fit their needs and experience while providing the client with the best candidate for the job.

Being from a software development background I have a good understanding about
the technical skills which are required by the organization in a candidate. This helps me come up with
Excellent BOOLEAN to find out the perfect candidate for a particular job. My work consists of
collaborating with Hiring Managers and setting up interview schedules for the candidates I source and
screen and to keep the candidates up to date on the interview process. I focus on keeping the candidates
record updated timely in the Client ATS.

My education at Gogte Institute of technology is Masters in business administration serves as the
foundation for my abilities. From my education, I gleaned the soft and hard skills needed to succeed as a
Recruiter. Over the course of my college career, I developed my communication skills, work ethic, and
learned to persevere. I believe my education helped transform me into the hardworking, charismatic
individual that I am today.
