Task 1: Monitoring Social platforms – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram to
analyze the platform behaviour across a variety of brand accounts.
● Using social media Listening tools like : Locobuzz, Meltwater, BrandWatch to
create social listing reports.
● Handling all the data related requests & making sure that all requests are
delivered on time.
● Contextualized data analyzed and shared relevant information, and
discussed actionable recommendations with Account Manager and
Client Servicing People.
● ORM: Response management, making monthly or weekly reports, adhering to
the TAT
● Respond to online queries and grievances when and if required.
● Building campaign reports understanding brand social performance & impact.

Task 2: 

• To source , Clean - Analyse and Visualise data regarding Counter trafficking. 
• Help the Law enforcement through the current agency to build strategies of effective Liaison, intervention strategies.   
• Sourcing data from  OSENT build tools and processes for effective data collection.
