MARLIN INFRA-LION SERVICES -April’13 – March’2020(7 Years): General Manager – Business Development and Technical Services

Technical advisor on mechanized infrastructure services for Government & PSU sectors, tendering, project management & mechanical engineering skills. The focus areas are mechanized sweeping, heavy-duty pumping solutions and solid waste management. 

Projects Handled: 1) From 1st Jan 2013 to 31st Dec 2015 for M/s. GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) providing Operation and maintenance for sweeping machines owned by GHMC, covering the area of 800 kilometers/day of Hyderabad municipal roads with a fleet of 31 sweeping machines.

2) From  April 2016 awarded by GHMC for 5 years on BOO basis for 18 new Self Propelled sweeping machines of 5 cu.m hopper capacity covering the mechanized sweeping area of 1080 kms per day. 

3) From Jan 2017, I am assigned to run the mechanized sweeping project at VOC port trust-Tuticorin for 2 Nos Truck mounted road sweeping machines for 5 years.

The job involves the following activities

1. To train operators and monitor 
2. To train technicians on right methods and monitor. The job includes Preventive Maintenance, Semi & Major Engine and Transmission overhauling, Repair and servicing of Hydraulics and pneumatics including pumps, valves, motors, Cylinders , Complete electrical and electronics system repair and servicing including wiring, self and dynamo motors, water pumps, ECM (engine control module) , sensors, Complete refurbishment of sweeping machines, and Re-engineering.
3. Import indigenous substitute.
4. Analyzing failure reasons and advice for rectifications 
5. To arrange/create all manuals and SOPs 
6. Educate Safety and environmental responsibility in every aspect 
7. Supply chain Management: A strong vendor development directly with original Parts manufactures (OPM) saving 30 to 70 percent cost hence eliminating capital inventory and Creating SOP for salvaged parts         
8. Maintain consumable inventory for day to day maintenance 
9. Keeping all technical information in solving critical and precise jobs 
10. The best liaison practices with Govt helping timely deliveries 
11. Workshop setup and modernization 
12. Planning, implementation, create, manage systems/protocols, methods and good working ethics for smooth functioning of O & M 

From Sep 1992 to April 2007-Worked for Dulevo India Pvt Ltd, Leetech Spares, Flowlines Engineering pvt ltd, and Anuraaj & Co, Dealing ( sales and services) in Road sweeping machines, Industrial vacuums, High pressure jetting machines, Heavy Earth Moving machinery spares and services, FESTO pneumatics, YUKEN hydraulics, bucher mobile hydraulics, KREMLIN Spray painting equipments, Hydraulic power packs, hydraulic actuators and SPM’s.

Client served: industrial, commercial establishments, Highways, ports, large residential properties, cement, power, steel, railways, mining, construction and other engineering companies
