  • Supported North Eastern states for successful launch and implementation of financial health protection program, AB-PMJAY by providing end-to-end program management support. 
  • Supporting the procurement process of implementing agencies for AB-PMJAY, AAA and other state sponsored schemes by RFP preparation, selection process, designing KPI, penalties etc for effective implementation and monitoring.   
  • Designing processes for beneficiary identification, pre authorization and claim management as per local needs for AB-PMJAY and AAA (State sponsored healthcare protection scheme). 
  • Coordination and networking with private and public hospitals for empanelment of different specialties for AB- PMJAY and AAA.

  • Steered programmes that advance objectives across thematic areas in education including planning & budgeting, analytics support, data management and use & research in the states of Assam & Meghalaya
  • Forged effective relationships with different state stakeholders including RMSA Office, Secondary Education Department, SCERT and other state institutions

  • Interacted with TCA-Central office, Technical Experts, External agencies to understand the objectives, methodology and expected outcomes of interventions in different streams and provide support required at regional level

  • Played a key role in bringing together 258 different officials of various departments to formulate & strategize a vision document for the respective states in Assam and Meghalaya 
  • Merit of facilitating an important survey covering 3100 Households to understand equity implications in expansion of secondary education
  • Collaborated with varied range of stakeholders from Senior Govt. Officers across departments, academics, teachers, unions for formulating Employee Information Capture Format for HRMIS and a data collection plan using a data entry application. This included BPR (service rule book / policies ) Change Management in terms of changing the business policy and dealing with resistance of teachers for the online process of employee records.

GIZ, NRHM, Assam as State Consultant- RSBY

 

Key Result Areas:

  • Assessed & evaluated RSBY Program in Assam based on feasibility, financial viability & resource and partner delivery capacities; leveraged data analysis for identifying trends, implementing change, analysing enrolment & claims and providing feedback
  • Created overall program design including proposal development, program implementation & reporting, grant management, financial management and human resource planning. Effective Change Management was the key for engaging Government employees and all stakeholders- hospitals, health workers etc. 
  • Directed the development, direction, and evaluation of fund raising activities to support program activities
  • Managed fiscal operations including budget development and authorization of expenditures

  • Played a key role in successful launch of RSBY Program in 24 Districts of the State and 1.4 Million families with around 4 Million people & 163 Hospitals enrolment, which is the highest ever enrolment conversion achieved in Assam.

  • Contributed as an In- charge of overall program coordination and management of the Village Health Outreach Program for 11 Districts of Assam
