I am responsible for handling manufacturing of dropper inventory, lead time reduction, manpower and machine how many needed for production as per customer order and maintain line balancing, calculation of OEE, time study, 7QC tools, TPM, kiazen, JIT, 5S, RCA, Problem solving tools, Zero BAD practices, VSM etc.

I have total work experience 6 years in Production Planning & Control.

I have gained Experience 5 years as a PP&C engineer in Starways Engineers Pvt Ltd Responsible For PRODUCTION &INHOUSE QUALITY of thebPlant.
 Strategic Planning To Meet The Production & Quality Targets Daily Basis Production Planning, Manpower Handling, Manpower Balancing,
Line Balancing Root Cause Analysis Of Production, Quality Problems& Rejection Production. 

I have joined Bharat Rubber Work Pvt Ltd on june 2022 as PPC EXECUTIVE
