Job Profile :- o Handle General accounting, management of receivable & payable, expenses & vendors accounts, Party reconciliation, bank reconciliation & fund management.  

o Handle TDS reconciliation, computation and TDS payments on time and return filing quarterly basis and issue form 16/16A within time limit.

o Handle Goods and Service Tax (GST) reconciliation, computation and finalization of data for GST payments on time and return filing (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B return) on time and GST input credit data download form GST portal and reconcile with books and rectify mismatch data. GST Audit (GSTR-9, GSTR 9C) filling.Reply to GST Notice Scrutiny online and Manual issue by GST Authority/Officer.

o Online Application of GST registration, Shop & Establishment registration and amendment.

o Preparation of monthly professional tax payment and online return filing.

o Handle over preparing, maintaining and finalization of statutory books of accounts.

o Help in audit assignments & related administration works and coordinating internal, statutory and tax audits.

o Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities. 

o VAT "C" Form and "F" Form apply and Co-ordinate for recovery pending "C" Form and "F" Form from party.

o Attending Sales Tax assessment notice , Working on sales tax notice and Assessment order , Prepare resolve query working.
