 I have a solid background in Technical Support for a wide range of IT Hardware like computers, Laptops, Printers, Copiers, MFPs, CCTV and Networks  from past work experience and an education that will allow me to greatly contribute to the company in this role.

My Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering provided me with the strong foundation to pursue work in IT Hardware Service Industry. 

I started my career with HCL Infosystems Ltd., Pune, India, as a Customer Support Engineer where I delivered Technical support to the wide range of Multi-functional photo copiers.

When I was associated with Canon India Pvt. Ltd., as a Customer Support Team Leader, provided cutting edge technical support to the mid to higher-end photo copiers for most of the Corporate accounts in Pune, India region. Also handled a Team to ensure the Service Level Agreements are met and responsible for contract penetration for Pune branch.

In Gamut Printer Solutions, Chennai, as a Senior Service Engineer and Managing Partner, I am handling a Team of Engineers to support customers with variety of IT Hardware devices – Computers, Laptops, Printers, Copiers (MFP), CCTV and Networks. Also responsible for all technical support and Training for new joinees.
