  4.   Performed activities like power BI service/ desktop like creating gateway and workspace, publishing the reports into production workspace, Dataflow issues, Performance issues, creating deployment pipeline for publishing the reports, Gateway installation, Gateway password update activities, Handling report enhancement activities, managing workspace access for users through AD groups, providing build permission on datasets per request.
  5.  Created dashboards using AWS QuickSight tool for internal presales team and handled admin activities.
    A team player and quickly adaptable to the environment. 
    Have experience in taking inputs from Business analysts, developing high-level designs, and detailed technical Flows and procedures.
  6. Handled offshore team of 6-member Tableau & Power BI support team which involves presenting every weekly status, Auditing the task, incidents, and SR, and reporting to management.
  7. Working towards continuous improvement in processes, streamlining workflow.
  8. Excellent written & oral communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Beginner level in Python, Machine learning, and Deep Learning concepts.
