I hold 2 months of Internship Experience under the AAI (Airport Authority of India), at Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun. 

TASK: An intense Filed Survey based on a passenger taking time to reach SHA from the Departing Gate.

RESPONSIBILITY: Help Desk at Arrival and Departure sides for Passengers guidance.

IMPACT: Fewer complaints from the Passengers 

ACCOMPLISHMENT: Certification of Internship.

I have done my Graduation in BBA Aviation Operations, along with DIploma Certification in IATA Foundation in Travel and Tourism with Amadeus.
