I have been working as an educationist since 29 years( 11 years as a Principal). I have handled an array of responsibilities as a teacher and Principal of different schools where I could develop skills like patient listener, effective communication, visionary and managerial skills. 
As a Principal I will be able to foster relationship with student, staff and parents that will last a lifetime. 
I am the leader who takes responsibility of hiring, developing and retaining excellent staff which is very important for a successful school.
My vision will be to groom and motivate the students to develop into fully cultured complete individuals with modern outlook with the capabilities to adapt to new challenges and opportunities of the competitive world with singleness of purpose, courage of conviction with a belief in themselves and their motherland.
I will focus on inculcating the team spirit and the sense of responsibility among the colleagues and the staff for the rapid growth of the result oriented institution
At last I can say that Possesses strategies, temperament and leadership style that can build a strong school community.
