Roles and Responsibilities of (production engineer and Service engineer)
1. Responsible for performing 75% Production ,Field service and 25% of Inside Sale.
2. Production planning according Manpower.
3. Attend Customer complaint and solve within time on field as well as in factory.
4. Arrange Servicing of valve on filed and as well as in factory.
5. Handle customer complaint and servicing request.
6. Provide Product Training for customer.
7. Take orders of product spares from existing customer 
8. Maintain Service data and record and present in weekly meeting.
9. Read PN&ID drawings and arrange assembly planning of pressure systems.
10. Hands-on experience of (Pressure control valve, Pressure safety valve, Creep relief valve , Tank safety valve, Flame 
arrestor , Strainers and Non return valve) 
11. Coordinating with Cross functional team (CFT) for Root cause analysis (RCA) and action to reduce production time loss.
12. Responsible for eliminate MUDA in process and planning.
13. Do FMEA for customer complaints.
14. Provide valve testing and maintenance training for customer.
 Roles and Responsibilities of (Inside Sales Engineer) 
1. Working as a sales engineer from 2020 to till.
2. High knowledge of valves and valve spares.
3. Maintain relations with client’s network and taking orders.
4. Forecasting sales of spares with customer delivery and service frequency for maintain stock for on time delivery.
5. Contact regular and proactive with customers to generate orders.
6. Communicating with PPC and Application engineering team for orders readiness and delivery date.
7. Taking follow-up with PPC team for dispatch and with customer for payment clearance.
8. Schedule visits with customers for new orders and after sales service.
9. Increased profit of 3.7% of sales in last 3 quarters by applying PFAM and MUDA hunting.
10. Responsible for Share new developed product details to customers and generate orders.
