Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Experience in ERP Oracle, SAP, Mod soft, Contraman, Dynmro, LMS, AWRDS. Knowledge of material receipt inspection, discrepancy reporting, inventory control, materials availability checks, cycle count, allocation and issue. Good working knowledge of materials system, process controls, warehousing and logistics within the oil and gas industry and other Industry

Set  up equipment and papers (Gate Pass) for incoming material delivery (ICD); Distribute material in accordance with BOM/ Site Packages through MIV.
Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items. Verify all the incoming material according to BOM/ISO Standard. Managing the physical loading, unloading, storage and Identification and preservation of the stores.
Daily updating of DRR and MIV. Perform an Initial Inspection for all incoming materials, compile and IMIR (Incoming Material Inspection Report), and submit it to the TKIS QA/QC and PMC for final inspection.
Verify and update the details of the issued and in-stock materials to the concerned department in accordance with the BOM
Strong coordination with team, user departments. Indent (MIV) posting / GRN in system.
