I have recently worked with HCLTech as Management Trainee level 1 and this experience has provided me not only with corporate exposure but also enhanced my skill set. I have been a part of Digital marketing, business analytics and payroll team under which I learnt various tools such as HCL company portal, SAP, Tableau, MySQL, hands on with Excel, etc. Prior to this my educational experience also has marketing and human resources as major subject of study. Also, certain diploma courses during my PGDM includes International Business from Oxford School of Business Studies, Digital Marketing Diploma from NIIT and Diploma in Business Analytics.

Having a educational background that motivates me to do better every time. My previous work experience has made me more adaptable and optimistic towards upcoming challenges. I have also done an internship from Pioneer Management Consultant Pvt Ltd where I was a Market Research and Business Development Intern.  My skillset includes various technical as well as soft skills.

I have worked with HCLTech as Management Trainee under digital marketing as well as in payroll team. I was responsible for analysing the social media platforms such as linkedin and instagram to optimize brand performance and doing competitive analysis, also making presentations on the extracted and analysed data. In payroll team, I learnt to work on excel and SAP portals, maintaining data and handling additional payouts such as medical benefits, bonuses, etc.

I have completed PGDM from Asian Business School major in Marketing and Human Resources. I have completed all the 4 semesters with a aggregate percentage of 78%. Also, I have done two projects during the course that are Detailed market analysis on Grasim Industries and A study on impact of brand equity on Consumer Behaviour. This included both primary and secondary research methods.  My other certifications include Diploma in International Business from Oxford Business School, Diploma in Digital Marketing and Mass media and Diploma in Business Analytics from NIIT.
