Over the past 25 years of my career journey, I had a privilege to work with brands such as Citi, American Express, Paytm, PayU, Pine Labs and Indifi , where I developed domain expertise in Cards, Payments and Digital lending.

With a consultative approach, delivering watertight solutions for clients, understanding the customer LCV and P&L drivers, I have been able to successfully build & scale new business segments, turnaround mature portfolio’s and expand distribution network across B2B and B2C domain.

Today, I lead with questions like:
- How can we unlock revenue without compromising user trust?
- How to consistently create value for the clients and keep them engaged meaningfully.
- How should an organization operate optimally, stay lean and stay strongly relevant for their clients

I strongly believe that - Change is constant and so is the client's needs & preferences. Therefore, it's important to continuously upgrade, educate ourselves and impart knowledge with our peers and team members to build a solid foundation and inculcate a culture of learning and improving continuously in a dynamic environment we live in!
