I am mechanical engineer 15 years' experience in Subsea engineering design, installation and development work. This includes design of Subsea Manifolds, PLEMS, Templates and Tie-in connections. Previously was associated with Edicon pneumatic tool Pvt ltd for 1yr and 3 months as a product engineer which includes casting and forging. Also Worked as design engineer for 2yrs and 1 months in Makrotech Pvt ltd which includes design of plastic product and packaging machinery. More than 18 years of design experience in machine and product design.

•Managing team more than 10 direct and indirect reports; developed staffing plans, managed workloads, defined deliverables, hired resources, conducted performance reviews, and ensured compliance with established company policies.

• Ensuring project performance measures and objectives are communicated company wide, and employees are regularly updated as to progress. 

• Managing the collection, verification and tracking of all operations and financial project data related to team performance measures and provides reports as to achievement of objectives to Senior Leadership Team and Managers. Lead multi discipline engineering team and report to engineering manager/Lead. 

• Managing the team by establishing and monitoring goals, policies, plans, standards, performance objectives and budget. Analyzes and recommends resource levels to plan, develop and implement policies and practices. Establishes operating and financial objectives and aligns with department goals. Managing financial resources. 

• To prepare or lead all the technical documentation related to the subsea structure and tie-in systems during the different phases of the Project, such as Conceptual Study, FEED, Tender and Contract package preparation. 

• To follow-up large EPCI contracts for subsea structure and tie-in systems during tender and execution. 

• To lead design of various parts of Manifold, DWPLEM and Riser base (Subsea production system). 

• To ensure that the design of subsea structure and tie-in systems meets Project requirements, applicable codes and standards, and engineering best practices whilst reducing project costs and risks
