JOB RESPONSIBILITY Taking Care of all activities related with Logistics Department, preparing all formal Quotations and pre-Shipment & post shipment like Invoices related with Exports and Imports, preparing all documents Related Bank Import/Export, with Exports also taking care of Making GSP (Form A), PHYTO Certificate, Fumigation Certificate etc. and other Certificate of Origin, taking care of documents related with Freight Forwarders, CHA and Shipping lines, Monitoring with Freight Forwarders and Shipping Line for tracking our running shipments. Taking care of incentive like Drawback, IGST & RODTEP Scheme, and (Refund against import/export against benefits) also dealing with insurance company regarding all type of insurance. (Import/Export & Merchant Shipment Insurance) and Taking care of as per regulatory requirement discussion to A/c department for PCFC then apply for PCFC. Complete knowledge of terms used in export documentation responsible for correspondence with shipping line like bill of lading as per L.C. terms, DBK etc. responsible till from purchase order to timely dispatch of shipment to the customer. Responsible for Factory Stuffing custom Examination of the containers, Custom clearance of Import/Export Shipment etc. Complete knowledge of terms used in export documentation responsible for follow up with shipping line for better rates of the container or picking up containers etc. Tracking Merchant & Third country exports Shipments.

My Qualification is Computer Diploma from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College (GNDEC) in Ludhiana is affiliated with the Punjab Technical University., One-year Diploma of Import/Export Documentation & International Logistics from Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and my Graduation complete is from the Punjab University Chandigarh
