• Execution of SAT, RFI, Loop Check, Cause & Effect, RFSU, and handover activities as per procedure

• Adhering to project commissioning procedures and method statements to ensure a safe start-up

• Document management for equipment and instrument-related procedures with supporting documents for client handover

• Preparing Loop Folder from soft copies to hard copies before loop checking

• Working with PMT (Project Management Team) and witnessing loop checks with EPC Contractors

• Updating As-Built Drawings and performing Red Mark-ups

• Checking Panel Arrangements provided by control system and identifying missing items for punch lists

• Collaborating with multiple vendors such as Instrument Air Compressor, Nitrogen Package, MPFM, HIPPS & ECP and completing all packages

• Performing loop checks and function tests of WHCP (Well Head Control Panel) SSV (Surface Safety Valve) and SSSV (Sub Surface Safety Valve) across wells with vendors and client representatives

• Proficiency in calibration equipment, including Scandura B20 I/S, Decade Boxes, Dead Weight Tester, Fluke Multimeter, Hart Communicator (375/475 & GE-Trucks), Druck Loop Calibrator, Druck Pressure Calibrator, TK-3 for vibration and GE/Druck mA Sources

• Experience working with pneumatic, Hydraulic & Motor operated control valves, including Fisher, Masoneilan, Cameron, BIFFI, BETIS, AUMA, KOSO, Flowserve and accessories such as Positioners, I/P Converters, SOV, Pressure Boosters, Volume Boosters, Limit Switches, Air Lock Relays, and Pressure Regulators

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Fire & Gas (F&G) systems for industrial safety and hazardous environment monitoring

• Skilled in installation, commissioning, calibration, andmaintenance of Fire & Gas detection instruments, including

• Fixed and portable gas detectors (flammable, toxic), Smoke, heat, flame detectors for early fire detection and response

• Well-versed in working with F&G control panels, ensuring proper integration with Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Fire Suppression Systems (NOVEC-1230, Deluge skid & water mist) & Alarm Networks
