Digicomm Semiconductor_Insternship_Business Coordinator
During my internship, I gained hands-on experience across multiple domains:
🔹 Sales: Collected 900+ leads via Apollo.io, automated email campaigns with Power Automate, and successfully facilitated a key meeting with Credo Semi.
🔹 Talent Acquisition: Sourced 13+ profiles, conducted initial screenings, reformatted resumes, and managed end-to-end recruitment for key positions.
🔹 Candidate Management: Matched profiles with client needs, conducted mock interviews, and refined resumes for ideal job alignment.
🔹 Business Development: Learned client meeting protocols and participated in a field client meeting with Samsung.
🔹 Vendor Management: Managed candidate requisitions, coordinated with subcontractors, and streamlined operations. Successfully completed the vendor registration for HCL Technologies.
🔹 Project Management: Worked with the Digicomm Project Management Tool, tracked interviews, and deepened my semiconductor industry knowledge.
🔹 Marketing: Ran Google Ads targeting Taiwan & the USA, designed 20+ recruitment posters, created 10+ service brochures and developed a business deck.
