I am Jayant Chohda, a food tech professional,hailing from Jalandhar, Punjab. I am having an all-round experience of In-process quality assurance and production. Currently, working with Scootsy logistics Pvt Ltd., a subsidiary of Bundl technologies private limited (Swiggy) as Sr. Executive QHSE-LEAD. I started this position in sept 2021 and main activities that I am pursuing include but not limited to visiting swiggy stores for general inspection of store quality assurance; complaints which are driven through CX, store operations like product handling, wastages, storage, FIFO, product quality, training, documentation, training, inventory verification, dispatches, review of past activities. Carryout audits of stores on the basis of FSSAI norms and internal requirements of Swiggy. Further involves liasoning with key stakeholders regulatory, product category, Subject matter experts, business team. warehouse team, facilities team for rectifying the key findings of Audits and CAPA closures.

Previously, I have worked as Senior Quality Assurance Executive at Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. My current roles and responsibilities are a mix of documentation and as well as process or online quality assurance. In the in-process role, I have looked after the physical inspection of material inspection, storage, dispensing, line clearance, in-process monitoring of CCPs, OPRPs, process compliances. In the plants, I had handled the processing of malted milk foods as well as Ketchup variants and chutneys. In the audit roles, I undertake internal audits across various Patanjali Units for Schedule IV and internal PRP checklists. Moreover, I also held the responsibility to ensure the readiness of the plant for audit purposes for any 3rd party or regulatory purposes. In the documentation role, I manage artworks and shade cards, handle destruction notes, deviations, vendor assessment, allergen management, and its mapping update HACCP plans across patanjali units.

In my last profile at Jagatjit Industries LTD, which lasted for a period of 2 years, I had a wonderful experience of being a production officer and handled overall shifts of malted milk food production, its blending and bulk packaging.
