•   I have approximately ten years of experience in IT, specializing in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, E-commerce, and Retail domains.
•  I am a QA lead/System Analyst who prioritizes results and focuses on providing excellent customer service. I am skilled in designing test strategies, creating test plans, estimating project timelines, and leading testing efforts for large and complex projects.
• I have a solid grasp of QA principles, QA processes, user stories, and the software development life cycle, including both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases for a variety of test types, including the following: System, Functional, Regression, Production Sanity, Integration, Smoke, User Acceptance, GUI, API/Soup UI testing, AS400/Mainframe Testing, and Database testing.
• Establishing and cultivating collaborative relationships with clients, technology vendors, and internal support teams is crucial to quickly comprehending requirements, resolving challenges, suggesting remedies, and identifying opportunities for enhancing services.
• Track the schedule and testing progress and be accountable for the tasks and releases.
• Estimation & Milestone planning for the project and provide estimates for the testing activities.
• Hands-on experience on Postman, AS400, Majesco Products, Turnover, B. P.C.S, Robot, Control M, Data mirror, Web sphere, SQL, etc.
•  Hands-on experience in incidents and change management systems. Very good Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Test Management
• Extensive experience in various aspects of software testing, including preparing RCA reports, creating test summaries and dashboards, estimating testing efforts, developing and reviewing test cases, preparing test plans and strategies, managing defects, and documenting ambiguity.
•  Experience using test management and defect tracking systems like HP Quality Center (ALM), Work Front, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience in various project management activities such as handling the TCOE scorecard, refining and improving processes, managing C2.0 related tasks, maintaining project dashboards, managing resources, and handling audits including start-up, process, internal, and external audits. I am skilled in risk mitigation and contingency planning, as well as estimation and task forecasting. I also have experience in identifying non-compliances and observations and addressing them accordingly.
• Hands on experience in developing help guides/ User manuals/ reports.
• Developed automation approaches for various types of testing (Functional, Regression, etc.) for web/ UI and database applications.
•  Worked closely with the automation team to automate all the regression test cases.
• Collaborated closely with the client's product manager and business analyst to complete the use case documents and user stories for each release.
• Experience in working with different Personal & commercial lines of Auto, Property, Liability, WC IM, Farms, etc.)
• Good understanding and exposure to policy cycle, Quotation, Premium, Pricing, Rating, forms, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellation, Claim intimation, and Claim processing.
• Experience in working AS/400 (RPG, CLLE, RPGILE, DB2/400, IBM i, DSPF, PF, LF, IFS) operator and System administrator (Ops-Navigator, MIMIX, HMC, user profile management, etc ).
