Hello, 

My name is Jayanti Nath and I'm a Chef De Partie. I used work for Marriott and Hilton Hotels, I worked for Hilton Salwa Beach Resort as a Pre Opening team member. I worked in Qatar for 4 years so I know HACCP  and also follow the standard as per Qatar Law, as a Chef I'm expertise in food plating, cost controlling, food safety, fire safety and all the trainings for the new joiners so that I can forward it to my team members.

I have an experience of 5 years in the hotel industry and I was working working in Qatar from last 4 years.. 

I worked in Pre Opening hotels and I'm an expert in Italian, International Cuisine and I also have an experience in Pastry as well. 

Marriott Hotel, Doha: As Commis 1 from 2018-2020.

Hilton Salwa Beach Resort, Doha: As a Demi Chef from 2020-2021

Crowne Plaza, Doha: As a Chef De Partie from 2021-2022
