I have a strong working knowledge of the Automobile industry (Manufacturing, Quality. I learned many things to improve the process and productivity at Mastermind and TE Connectivity.                                                                        As Quality Engineer, I was responsible for managing all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (Internal, Supplier, Customer), Working with appropriate team members, and internal and external stakeholders, identifying root causes, and instigating permanent corrective & preventive actions for product quality issues, Carry out Internal, Product and Process audits, Use of preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis, Process Control, Supplier Development, Supplier Audit, Supplier PPAP QA rather than QC. • Responsible for NPD (Stamping and Moulding) inspection Planning & Execution using various instruments.
• Create and run CMM/VMS programs for New and running products. Checking fixtures and in-house gauges calibration. (Renishaw, Accurate, Zeiss, Hexagon).
• To Work on internal and external customer complaints regarding part problems to find out the root cause & take corrective action accordingly.
