I am a Bachelor in Mechanical engineering by profession from Mumbai University with 15 yrs of total working experience in mechanical design, development , Ex GE HEALTHCARE, Ex TENARIS, Machine design from IIT BOMBAY, Currently in R&D centre for Associated Capsules Group worldwide a pharma giant.

1) Conceptual design of mechanical parts, subassemblies, machineries and new products for
pharmaceutical applications and mechanical architecture and systems.
3) Design of mechanical components like gears, cams, shafts, chain sprockets, timer pulleys, bearing
housings, Couplings, plates, Fabricated structural components, connecting rods, guide rods, pins,
Racks, Eccentrics, Crank, Mounting brackets, castings and sheetmetals
4) Designing using DFMEA, DFA, DFM, risk assesment procedures for better product functionality.
6) Active participation in trial, test, validation, installation and commissioning of machineries.
7) Proficient in drive motor selection, gearbox selection, servo motor selection and drive design.
8) Coordinating with interdisciplinary departments such as purchase, quality, manufacturing, marketing
teams.
9) Material selection and structural analysis, calculations of the components for better functionality using FEA, FMEA.
10) Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing according to ASME Y 14.5
PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROLE
1) Managing all the technical complexities of the project and communicating the same with team members and stack holders.
2) Making detailed project schedules and communicating the same with quality, regulatory, manufacturing and other cross functional teams.
3) Managing the stage gate process of product lifecycle management.
4) Identifying the risk involved while designing the machine and its sub assemblies and mitigating the risk.
