• Experience in Erection & Commissioning of 80 TPH Power plant Structures and its Pressure parts.
• Experience in the Erection of pipelines, Rotary Equipment.
• Procurement & tracking of materials & equipment spare parts to avoid any delay due to unavailability of materials.
• Quality Inspection of inward materials with NDT Team, Ensuring all required QAP & Test certificates from the vendor. 
• Issuing Safety Permit for all maintenance /expansion project work, providing safety talk to the team.
• Daily weekly, monthly Follow up with Reports to keep all Jobs on-site on Track.
• Ensuring all Hand tools, Electric Tools, Welding Machines, Cutting sets are in Healthy condition and with valid Test certificates & renewing it.
• Maintenance of ROTARY KILNS, participate in kiln shut down works, regular general works, condition 
• Maintenance & Overhauling of Gear Boxes, Rotary Feeders, Bag Filters, Blowers
• Maintenance & Overhauling of Auto grease & Oil lubrication system.
• Maintenance of Piping, Valves of Steam duty, Waterline, Vacuum line, and Chemicals, Both Metallic & Non-Metallic [2” dia to 36” dia]
• Maintenance, overhauling, Alignment, Slope Correction, Skewing of Rotary Kiln & its Equipment i.e., Girth Gear, Tires, Support Rollers, Thrust/Guide Rollers.
• Scaffolding Erection & Inspection 
• Near Miss Reporting, Safety Jobs, Implement Hira, JSA, Incident Investigation report,
• SAP-Ariba Based E-procurement Purchase requisition, Recommendation & Vendor management.
• SAP-PM Notification & Order Creation for planned /unplanned Jobs carried out.
• SAP-MM, Updating BOM, Master Data, of all equipment functional location wise in SAP.
• Lean Six Sigma green belt project for reducing mechanical breakdown by using various LSS tools.
• In Situ Replacement of Rotary Kiln Tire On-site and complete alignment.
• RCA for corrective action to avoid reoccurring maintenance failures.
• Maintenance of Pneumatic Material Conveying system[Mecawber make]
• Long Term Strategic planning For Spare Assemblies of Critical equipment to reduce MTTR.
