I worked as Collection Manager and have 6 years  and 6 months experience in Collection in various products such as Two Wheeler Loan, Auto Loan, Credit Card . I have worked with various companies such as Tata Capital, HDFC Bank, SBI Card. My role was NPA management, Bucket Resolution, Normalization , Repossession and I have been doing through Vendor Management.

I was allocated highest pool Rs.3 crore and 700 cases in August 2022 and done repossession 6 vehicles on that month.

I have worked in HDFC Bank in Auto Loan in New Car & Used Car Loan and my job was Bucket Resolution and NPA management and Normalization.

I achieved 120 % of target in the month of September 2021 and allocation was 4 crore and that month, I achieved 82 % Resolution in BKT-2 and 20% Normalization in Auto Loan portfolio.

I had worked as Fraud Detection Analyst in using Falcon as Online detection Tool, analyze trend and pattern of fraudulent transactions. 

I have worked in Credit Card Collection in Tele collection and portfolio management. 

I have worked in ABN Amro Bank Credit Card in Infovision Group for 1 year in March 2006 and part of Tele Collection team handling both Soft and Hard Bucket Collections.

I completed Master in Arts in Economics from Sambalpur University in 2005.

I have done MBA in Finance and operation management from NIBM in 2009.

I passed my Bachelor of Arts in Economics Hons and Statistics Pass in 2003.
