RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspection of precast mould fabrication.
Inspection of reinforcement and mould ready for casting.
Inspection of precast elements in the process of product
Conducted pre pour/post pour inspection to ensure product matched shop drawings.
Curing of precast elements.
Inspection of repairs and rejection of precast elements.
Final inspection of erected precast elements.

Project: TNHB 1000 MSB RESIDENTIAL FLATS (S+12 & S+13)
Client : TAMILNADU HOUSING BOARD

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and manage the erection team.
Erection of precast concrete units in accordance to erection program and erection target timings in coordination with the approved erection methods.
Check delivery checklist for correct typed, quantity and panel identification.
Check for site accessibility for the delivery of precast elements.
Check the marking and offset lines, alignments, plump.
Ensure all precast units are erected in accordance with layout and shop drawings.

Project: ABHA HILLS VILLA (G+ 2&3) (1243 UNITS)
Client : MINISTRY OF HOUSING

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspection of beds/tables/moulds and forms prior to casting.
Checking the dimensions of elements, reinforcement steel, inserts, other incorporated materials, openings, blackouts etc.
Inspection/test of concrete mixes, cube tests and production samples.
Regular inspection of batching, mixing, conveying, placing, compacting, finishing and curing of concrete.
Final inspections of finished precast product prior to shipment
(I.e. monitoring dimensions, bowing, and blackouts, finishing.)
Establish, implement and maintain quality management systems to measure and control quality in production process.
Take care quality control and inspection records, test results, inspection and test plan records, NCR.
Check all precast structural elements and civil works if it is complying in accordance with the approved shop drawing, specification and ISO standards.

Completed B.E Civil Engineering in Ratnavel Subramaniam College of Engineering and Technology, dindigul in the year 2015 with 6.75 CGPA.
