I am a Technical Writer with over 15 years of experience as a Technical Writer, reviewer/ proofreader. I have worked across multiple industries : e-learning, Telecom, Digital Transformation, Finance and Banking, Capital markets, Fleet tracking and logistics to name a few.

My most recent full-time job was as a Senior Technical Writer with Next50 Technology Solutions LLC in Abu Dhabi. I worked as part of the Presales and Solutions teams. My responsibilities included but not limited to creating templates, setting the documentation standards and guidelines, Installing, testing, and creating user guides. As part of the QA team, I was involved in testing the apps and reporting bugs and issues.

Currently, I am doing documentation for Whiteshield Partners LLC Dubai for the tools, platforms developed as part of the many projects.
