About Jigna Khoyani:

I am writing to express my desire and fervor for the job of Principal/Academic Director at your renowned firm. I've been in the training and development industry since 2009, and I've worked in administration and management for over 7 years. For a long time, teaching was at my heart, but I couldn't pursue it at the proper moment. I earned a B. Ed in Science and Mathematics, an M.Ed from Vispute College of Education, and a Diploma in School Administration from Yeshwantrao Chauhan Open University to guarantee that I follow my heart. Playing an important part in the recovery of pending fee arears from parents and educating them on the need of the hour.

Managing school operations with Staff, Teachers, and Students Ratios as per industry standards.
Sourcing of Teachers and retention
Imparted English communication training for teachers
Imparted Microsoft Office training for teachers.
Ensuring minimum attrition and overtime in every category of staff and teachers.
Marketing & Branding:
Worked towards ensuring that the school is visible across the nation and ensured this by representing the school at the Sarva Siksha – Empowering India Awards 2019 and bringing laurels to the school.
Updating events at the school on all digital platforms viz. Facebook, Instagram, School Website, School Portal.
School Awards and Ranking to achieve laurels for the school and create brand positioning.
Doing Content Development for School's yearly magazine and designing the magazine
