PROFESSION AL E XPERIENCE
M/s Resins & Plastics Ltd (a leading resin company) Ankleshwar, own by owners of M/s Asian
Paints Ltd (a leading paint company) working since Oct 1991. Factory having major share of Epoxy,
Amino, Ketonic, Epoxy-ester, Reactive diluent, Hardeners, Acrylic resin (TPA and TSA) production
at Ankleshwar. During the career worked at various management level.

Since 1998 working as plant head. Turned around company, initially, by providing training
programs, improving recruiting and implementing ERP system (Navision). Implemented ISO
9001:2000, effective communication among various functions and effective planning. Now
implemented IMS (Integrated Management System) with focus on safety and environment.
 Achieved 43% Acrylic resin production growth during 2022-23 and ran plant at almost
95% capacity utilization.
 Reduced inventory level by effective planning and with collective effort.
 All boilers and TPs converted to natural gas and replaced LDO. By systematic
planning reduced utility cost per production
 Modified Effluent treatment plant suitably during 2010 to achieve desired result.
Operated bioreactor at TDS level of 40,000 ppm. Modified plant in 2013 to handle high
Ammonical nitrogen containing effluent. Also developed process for high
formaldehyde containing effluent.

 In 2011 added fire hydrant system to improve fire safety of the unit. Now under IMS
conducted various mock drill. Involved in making of Emergency Plan.
 During shutdown of other unit of the factory during 2011, made variety of reactive
polyamides and alkyd resins and kept product supply on by balancing exiting
production.
 Successfully and timely completed capacity expansion project. Suitably added
equipment to increase product basket e.g. added premix vessel during 2012 for acrylic
production. Modified equipment. Designed and got fabricated reactor for Taloja Plant.
Now designed and finalised order for one more reactor at Ankleshwar which is
currently under progress.
 Following very stringent review mechanism for accounting the production, quality,
utility, cost of production etc and achieved the targets.
 Almost every year getting performance bonus for showing improved performance
 Minimized the customer complaint.
 Fulfilled 100% statutory compliance
 During Feb 2022, achieved Integrated Management System certification
