Job Description

 

  1. Assisting suggestion chief engineer equipment in the daily operation of the hotel. Coordinating with other departments to carry out repair and maintenance work.
  2. Allocate team members for guest complaints the low-temperaturethe inandbreakdowns complaints from other departments regarding breakdowns or malfunction of equipment associated with lights, sound systems, telephones, television, plumbing, minibar and air-conditioning.
  3. Attend to guest room complaints as equipmentsystemslow-temperatureriority.
  4. Fare knowledge of chillers, ductable split, package, window air conditioning system and low temperature units.
  5. Energy Transferring System (ETS) operation & managing systems.     
  6. Check BMS current status and compare BMS'sit forcolleague'sinTroubleshootingith the set parameters & action accordingly & BMS'sit .
  7. ACS(HONEYWELL& MESSERSH-MITT),CCTV(INDIGOVISION) & CBS(CEAG) monitoring & trouble shooting.
  8. Responsible in all electricity troubles.

5. Worked as a BMS operator cum HVAC Supervisor in EMCOR FACILITIES SERVICES, for Abu Dhabi mall [Abu Dhabi] from 2006 November to February 2010.
