I am a Senior Simulation Engineer in CAE domain with 10+ years of experience. My experiences include Non-linear material implicit Simulation in Structural, Vibration, Thermal, Thermal shock, Electro-Thermal, and explicit simulation in Sealing analysis, Drop test and crimping simulation. My responsibilities include Lab-FEA results correlation. Reverse engineering with CT scan model and product Miniaturization by creating effective designs.

1. Validate concept designs using simulation techniques and determine design robustness, critical to function requirements. 

2. Extensive knowledge of Ansys tools to analyze the CAD model design virtually and compare to realistic behavior.

 3. Correlation of test and simulation data samples and investigate the root cause for deviation in results to improve result quality. 

4. Strong capability to fix convergence issues in case of non-linear FEA simulations and interpreting FEA results to meet quality standards. 

5. Collaborate with design group teams to enhance the design optimization study. 

6. Ability to utilize Excel/Word/PowerPoint for engineering documentation updates. 

7. Deploying FEA techniques-implicit and explicit approach, using software tools like Ansys Workbench, LS-Dyna, Hypermesh.
