Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Kannur, KL

• Responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment at fuel storage facilities (Tank Farms)/systems including related equipment on fueling vehicles (Refuellers & Dispensers).
• Make required daily, weekly and monthly petroleum product log entries of fuel transactions, quality control, and maintenance.
• Perform routine and periodic inspections in compliance with company, customer, government and industry standards like JIG, AQCAM, CAR Series etc
• Transfer products and monitor storage tanks, pipelines and related equipment to ensure that they are in good working order to prevent spills, releases, overfills and product contamination.
• Oversee and review audits from all internal and external agencies (IFQP, Airlines, Statutory etc) and coordinate responses as necessary and Support site staff with inspections.
• Deliver training for operation staff.
• Handle invoices and purchase order for operation team. 
• Implementation of HSSE initiatives and managing ongoing HSSE performance improvements at Station
• Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, coaching/developing team members, fostering collaboration and good team work, and providing clean, professional and well-maintained work centers.
• Responsible for following and maintaining comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with JIG, CAR Series and AQCAM (Industry Standards approved by DGCA)
• Responsible for assistance with completion of all contractual matters, operations reports and procurements at designated site/location in conjunction with Regional Headoffice.
• Responsible for implementing vehicle SOPs to track drivers, inspections, fuel and incidents.
• Manage contracts put in place to support operational requirements.

Deputy Manager of Operations

• Managing and coordinating Refueling Crew for Refueling of Aircrafts using dispensers and refuellers, directs and coordinates field activities of workers who route and control flow of ATF from point of origin, storage tanks to delivery points, such as carriers, and tank farms, according to delivery schedules.
• TT induction, Loading and dispatch with QCRC.
• Responsible for accurate and timely entry of all pertinent data and transactions in SAP for assigned business area, maintenance of accurate and real time inventory positions.
• Carrying out assessment and test work on sample ATF as detailed in procedure or in accordance with customer instruction in timely and safe manner and analyzing ATF finished product as per ATF Specification ( IS 1571:2001, DEFSTAN : 91-091, IATA guidance material for Aviation Fuels Specification, ASTM D -1655, AFQRJOS)
• Supervise a team of technicians to support routine and non-routine aviation fueling station operations (Handled composite roles like Maintenance/QC/HSSE/Admin/Shipment/Inventory/In-Charge). Presently the Maintenance, QC, Admin & HSSE in-Charge for the location .
• Responsible for critical incident investigations and management related to internal/external regulatory responses and/or serious safety concerns.
• Handled/Floated various tenders pertaining to OEM procurement & services, Installation/commissioning of facilities, Staff welfare, services engaging consultancies for Statutory compliances.
• Prepared time schedules and overall plan for entire project executions.
• Managed bid qualification (bid go / no go) processes and analyzed technical specification, developed project guidelines.
• Create Introductory letters, communication details for new customers.
• Procurement - Having vast experience and Knowledge in procurement process such as open/closed tendering & RFQ proceedings adhering to CVC guidelines, MDRRA guidelines, e-tendering, Vendor registrations, Yearly station budgets, Market studies etc,. Maintaining Stock Cards. Making Capex proposals, Implementing all capex projects from basic material procurement to Erection of Civil Structures. Inviting Supply and Services under REVEX budget.
• HSSE Role holder for the Station which includes but not limited to Organizing DCMP drills, ERDMP, Safety talks & rounds, Near-miss/Incident reporting, FE & Fire hydrant procurement & maintenance, Training subordinates, reporting hazards, maintaining PPE's etc.,
• Have vast experience in handling statutory bodies such as DGCA, PESO, C-Ex/Customs, RTO, ESIC, CLRA, Factories, AAI, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments, Legal Meteorology, OISD, IFQP etc.,
• Central Excise & Customs – Filing Rebate claims, ER1, Dealer returns, Short shipment & proof of exports, Maintaining RG1, Mixed storage documentation such as DSLR/TSLR, ARE-1, and ARE-3, EGM numbers. Making pre-shipping bills. Handled CERA audits
• Liaised with team members, stakeholders and vendors to coordinate activities, provisioning, environment setup, risk mitigation and follow-up.
