• Fit up inspection and dimensional inspection of fabricated silencer as per approved drawings.
• Witnessed of PT & MT methods. Overall supervision for prefabrication/ construction of safety valve silencer.
• Prepared the NDT report, Dimensional report and final documentation.
• Collected and recorded data to make improvement in the work process
• Maintained and optimized the work flow by innovative ideas to improve production rates and quality output. 
• Ensured the availability of sufficient materials, machinery, equipment and spare parts to proceed work without interruption.
