Being a certified Hatha Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Shreya wants to nurture individuals to build natural & lifelong habits for Health & Preservation of the “Outer Body”, Peace & Happiness of the “Inner Mind” & an Authentic Understanding & Acceptance of the “Eternal Soul”. 

Her dedication to serving humanity, stems from her own transformative growth and healing.
