In addition- Proven expertise in thedesign and selection of material handling equipment, includingEOT cranes, electric hoists, jib cranes, monorail arrangements, andsolutions for belt conveyor systems. Skilled insystem design to eliminate man-machine interface, andtackle design to reduce manual effort, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

In my current role as Senior Manager – Design Expert Group , I have led modernization and up gradation projects for material handling equipment, including EOT cranes, electric hoists, and conveyor systems. My design patent for a mechanized CBC decoupler for wagon tipplers demonstrates my ability to eliminate man-machine interference and enhance operational safety. Additionally, I have successfully applied advanced 3D scanning technology for reverse engineering, enabling local manufacturing under the “Make in India” initiative.

•            Designing and upgrading EOT gantry cranes and material handling equipment to improve reliability and efficiency.

•            Conducting feasibility studies and technology selection for plant capacity enhancement.
