I am an ISO 21001-2018 certified quality assessor for Education and a consultant to BQA, Bahrain, for school reviews. 

I am currently working as Asst professor,  school of continuing education,  across various functions, primarily in areas of Assessment, capacity building of senior functionaries in public educatio  ,  and curiculum design and delivery- teacher education.  

My past experience includes school leadership across india and UAE and school inspection ( DSIB, Dubai).

Out of the 28 years I spent in the education sector, I was involved in teaching EYFS, primary and secondary (English, Science, SEND) for a total of 7 years. I have been a school leader, heading ICSE, CBSE and IGCSE schools in india and Dubai. I have received the Advaith award for transformational leadership in 2017 for my work as founding Principal of an international school in hyd. I have also been involved in assessing school quality at the DSIB (Dubai School Inspection Burea  and BQA, (Bahrain Qualifications Authority, Bahrain) since 2009. Currently, I work with the Azimpremji University as Asst. Professor,  School of continuing education. I am keen  to bridge the gap between research and practice and write  regularly in practioner facing publications.
