FOOD TECHNOLOGIST (R&D) - 2024 March - Present Kings Infra Ventures Pvt Ltd, Ernakulam  Develop and reformulate Ready to Eat food products by using Retort Technology and Blast freezing method (sea food) done at CIFT.  Conduct sensory evaluation and analyze data to improve product quality and texture.  Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, manufacturing procedures, costing etc.  Selection of suitable packaging materials involve considering the product characteristics.

R&D EXECUTIVE - 2021 July -2022 October Bioingredia Natural Pvt Ltd, Ernakulam  Develop concepts, products, formulations, and solutions.  Assisting in the development of new products & reformulation of existing products (Culinary/Seasonings Formulations).  Lead key projects with R&D/NPD to support business goals.  Establish product goals and priorities by Collaborating with Marketing and Operations.  Transfer new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes.  Research, design and evaluate ingredients, formulations, processes, and equipment.
