At my previous company, SVM Pvt. Ltd., I performed in-process inspection and final quality assurance and supported the preparation and maintenance of quality reports and documentation such as inspection reports, scorecards, NCRs, PPAP, and COC. I also ensured ISO 9001 compliance by following correct inspection methods, proper documentation, and audit practices.

I am skilled in quality and problem-solving tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, 7 QC Tools, 8D, RCA, 5 Whys, and six sigma to solve problems and improve processes. In addition, I managed calibration activities, handled finished goods crediting using SAP, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve teamwork and processes.

I developed a custom test fixture that reduced testing time by 50%, improving efficiency and helping the team meet deadlines faster.

I also had the opportunity to train and mentor trainee engineers in inspection procedures and documentation.
