• To take complete accountability for Project vitality by collaborating with Technical Leads (flavourists, application affiliates), Marketing, Sales, QA/QC, Operations and Account departments with team spirit.
• Handle multiple projects methodically with best suitable resources to maintain customer deadlines and interest in the company.
• Sensory evaluation of flavors and end applications to determine organoleptic characteristics as a part of project conclusion/ sensory panel evaluator.
• Maintain daily record on laboratory work using SAP ERP monitoring system to analyse performance parameters.
• Generate reports for management to demonstrate project performance, budget planning, Sales review etc for functional escalation
• Ensure the smooth administering of intercompany project commitments and cross-regional representation of the company.
• Steer international key accounts and projects to ensure business continuity and customer sustainability.
