Experience

•  Design support, Installation, commissioning , Integration & Global monitoring and 24x7 team set up mainly all Data centers, Network rooms of 50+ offices across the USA, Europe, UK, Asia Pacific, and India
• Understanding of HVAC, Fire and Power requirements of high availability data centers & Mission critical facilities.
• FM global audits, documentation & rectification
• Major corporate real estate projects at Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai Delhi, Hongkong and Dubai
• Procurement and India central stores operations.
• Day-to-day operations, contracts and leasing, and support for locations in Saudi Arabia, Israel, Cape town, Dubai, Vizag, and Mumbai
• Preparation of OPEX & CAPEX annual facility budgets and tracking of consummation
