With over nine years of teaching experience and a strong academic background in English, I am confident that my skills and expertise align perfectly with the requirements of the role.

I am pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in English. I also completed my Master of Philosophy in English from the University of Madras in 2005, which equipped me with a deep understanding of the language and its literature. Additionally, I obtained a Bachelor of Education from Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University in 2018, further enhancing my pedagogical skills and instructional strategies.

Throughout my teaching career, I have consistently demonstrated a passion for fostering an engaging learning environment and nurturing students' language skills. My communication abilities, both written and verbal, have allowed me to effectively convey complex concepts and connect with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles. I take pride in my ability to explain subject matter patiently and repeatedly until students fully grasp the content, ensuring their academic success. 
In 2023, I had the privilege of compiling and editing the book Human Values and Ethics (The Charualatha Publication). 
I have had the opportunity to contribute to academic discussions on literary works, including Ernest Hemingway's The Old Man and the Sea, which has been the subject of two of my publications.

In April 2020, my article titled "The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemingway: An Epic Tussle between Flesh and Spirit" was published in AUT AUT Research Journal (Volume XI, Issue IV). This critical analysis examines the symbolic struggle between physical endurance and spiritual resolve in Hemingway’s novella, highlighting themes of human resilience, isolation, and the triumph over adversity.

Additionally, in May 2020, I published another piece, "The Real Meaning of Life: Revelations from Ernest Hemingway’s The Old Man and the Sea," in JXATT Journal (Volume XII, Issue V). This publication delves into the philosophical and existential themes within the novella, exploring its portrayal of human perseverance and the quest for meaning.

I have also showcased my writing skills as the editor of the college magazines "TIARA 17" and "FLORA 18." In this role, I was responsible for producing captivating and informative editorial articles that enriched the reading experience for the college community. Writing poetry in English and Tamil has also been a personal hobby, allowing me to continually refine my language proficiency and creativity.

As an educator, my ultimate goal has always been to inspire a love for the English language and empower my students to become confident and proficient communicators. I am proud to mention that my commitment to excellence has consistently resulted in a 100% pass rate among my students.
