About Kanika Arora:

I am an HR Business Partner, Strategist and Consultant with close to 18 years of corresponding experience with multiple industries such as BPO, Media, Publishing, Hospitality, Events, Public Relations etc. 


In addition to working on various HR Projects during the Pandemic, I also upskilled myself, in the areas of Business Strategy, HR Strategy, People Analytics, Social Research Methods and Data Analysis & Visualization using Excel.

My strength lies in being able to align HR to the business strategy, to set a direction for all areas of HR, efficiently deploy organizational resources, solve business problems and evaluate the success of the function using the right HR Metrics including the HR Scorecard, Benchmarking and Audits.
