With over 22 years in education, I’ve worn many hats—learning designer, curriculum developer, teacher trainer, facilitator, and now, leading customer engagement for Grades 6-12. My passion lies in creating meaningful learning experiences, bridging gaps between students, teachers, and institutions, and driving student success in Foundation, NEET, and JEE programs.

 

From designing early childhood curriculums to managing large-scale ed-tech programs, my journey has been fueled by a deep love for education, innovation, and engagement. I thrive on problem-solving, streamlining processes, and building strong relationships—whether it’s through content creation, program implementation, or training.

I'm working with Thomson Digital as head customer engagement and student success. I have worked with Byjus, S.Chand, Next Education, Zee Learn, Delhi Public School and Raffles International School in the past.
