In my current role at Publicis Sapient, I have been instrumental in the development, design and strategy of an ecommerce web-application, focusing on enhancing user experience and customer engagement to leading to key business outcomes for driving MoM growth in the average order value.

My analytical mindset and strategic approach led to the reduction of overall process time by 16% in a lightweight workflow manager project. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, employed Kafka as a low-latency event broker, and integrated third-party APIs, resulting in a significant improvement in turnaround time. 

My academic journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning and innovation. As a NextLeap Product Fellowship recipient, I honed my skills in mapping business outcomes to product outcomes, conducted user research, and built wireframes and prototypes for real-life scenarios. My research endeavors include a project on Android malware application classification, where statistical analysis techniques contributed to achieving an 89.5% accuracy rate.

Loyalty Membership Program:

• Worked upon the development, design and strategy bringing into fruition the vision of the product roadmap for an ecommerce web-application rewarding users for spending with tiers following the agile development methodology, Jira
• Defining data models to be adhered to, creating user stories for features on Jira keeping in mind a user persona of a shopper incentivised with rewards via user research mapped to key customer pain points, assisted by the marketing team
• Leveraging market research and existing user flows provided from data insights to develop product page features like multi-level category filters, related product suggestions and cart page features like cart catalog, cart checkout assisted with A/B testing aimed at the most optimum layout
