Karrishhma shaik

My name is Shaik Karrishhma, and I’m from Hyderabad. I completed my B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for Women in 2023.

I have around two years of experience in technical support and business operations. Currently, I’m working at Movate on the Google project, where I gather and document user requirements, analyze tickets, and maintain data accuracy in JIRA.

Before this, I worked as a Business Operations Executive at MyCaptain, where I focused on data analysis, process improvement, and Agile project tracking.

I’m skilled in tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, and JIRA, and I enjoy using data to generate insights that support better business decisions.

I’m now looking to transition into a Business Analyst role where I can apply my analytical skills, technical knowledge, and process understanding to solve business problems and drive efficiency.
