Key Responsibilities 
❖  Maintenance and operation of 6TPH Coal fired boilers with control Panels (PLC), checking and servicing Burner, gas regulating valve, double valve, pilot valve, steps motors, photo sell sensor, air dampers, water level gauge, low water alarm sensors, pressure switch. Conductivity sensor unit, feed water check valves, flue gas control damper, feed water tank, pressure transmitter, temperature sensors, feed water pumps make up water reading etc. checking temperature and pressure of heat exchangers. circulation pumps, pressure relief valves, Prv setting, safety valves setting, blowdown tank, flesh vessel, cold water tank monthly and weekly ppm work. 
❖ Operation and Maintenance of 6TPH Boiler and charge the boiler FBC, set the bed material heights and firing, checking all steam line and condensate lines, steam traps. annual maintenance works, valves Servicing, water gauge glass servicing, safety setting, chemical dosing pumps, water analysis, conveyor belt gear Box servicing. Fire bar changing & coal plant maintenance 

❖ Operation & Maintenance of 6 TPH COAL fired boiler (THERMAX) Local, SCADA and HMI Control Panels. 
❖ Trouble shoot covers basic and medium level failures that are affecting boiler accessories such as valves, filter, sensors, gauges, pump, diesel tanks, gaskets, piping electrical instrumentation and basic control. main boiler failure will be repaired by supplier 
❖ Carrying Boiler start up and shutdown activities (cold start up and hot start up). 
❖  Maintain the consumption and Stock record on fuels. 
❖  Make periodic inspection to see that all equipment and control are operating properly are in good condition. 
❖  Check daily logs to determine proper operation of equipment. 
❖  Lock out and Tag out system, Safe isolation for personal and equipment safety. 
❖  Conduct Tool Box Talk on Confined space entry. 
❖  Making permit for carrying maintenance work in any equipment. 
❖  Provide instruction and training in the proper method for carrying work. 
❖  Maintain the all equipment Check list based on PM schedule. 
❖ Operation & Maintenance of Air compressors (AIR COMP) & Cooling tower during shift. 
❖ Ensure HSE & quality compliance by adding to ppe, agreed risk assessments, method of statements and control measure of maintenance jobs execution developed by engineer and representatives from safety, quality and production. quality parameters monitored for water quality and chemical added. 
❖ Follow preventative maintenance schedule checks. 
❖ Analysis and troubleshooting of boiler alarms as per recommended maintenance manual checklist for common causes of alarms and training conducted by boiler supplier. 
❖ Water quality control and monitoring of the boiler makeup water using the softener and chemical dosing system. 
❖ Chemical consumption monitoring and ordering from the system. 
❖ Manage contractors on site for boiler, and steam network maintenance in terms of safety compliance to risk assessment and support needed to conduct the maintenance contracted work in terms of tools, access, operational management and switching over boiler to prepare it for maintenance and repair 
❖ Manage spares consumption and consumables with replenishment by reporting consumption and requirement for reordering on thru stock management system in utilities and reporting to utilities engineer. 
❖ Diesel consumption and ordering for the steam boiler fuel. 
❖ Participate in continuous improvement initiative.
