I'm a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Project Manager and right now I'm working with five teams. It's a busy but rewarding work! I've spent a good amount of time in the agile space, and I'm pretty comfortable with SAFe. Helping team get past hurdles and deliver the product. It's about building that teamwork and creating a space where everyone feels like they can contribute their best. At the end of the day, it's about people and process.
