I am a finance professional with over 15 years of experience across retail and IT services, currently leading FP&A for Emerging Markets at Adidas. I manage planning, forecasting, margin, pricing, inventory, and working capital for a multi-country business, while leading and developing high-performing finance teams. My focus is on bringing clarity to complex data and enabling leadership to make confident commercial and capital allocation decisions.

At Adidas, I lead end-to-end forecasting and performance management across multiple regions and channels. I have helped improve forecast reliability, strengthen alignment between business and finance, reduce ageing inventory significantly, and drive automation and reporting transformation initiatives that improved productivity and decision speed.

Prior to this, at HCLTech, I served as the lead finance partner to senior business leaders for a large revenue portfolio. I owned budgeting, rolling forecasts, US GAAP reporting, sales funnel governance, margin improvement, and working capital outcomes.
