At the forefront of corporate innovation in Web3 with T-Hub, I leverage my deep expertise in strategic market positioning and operations management. Over the past two months, I've spearheaded initiatives focused on integrating cutting-edge blockchain technologies to drive industry advancements and foster a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.

My six-year tenure as Co-Founder of Hemis and Hemp Republic has refined my skills in strategic planning, vendor relations, and new product development. Establishing India's first hemp lifestyle brand highlights my dedication to pioneering within emerging markets and championing transformative tech applications. My collaborative leadership style ensures we harness collective strengths to achieve our innovative objectives.

Experience

I'm an innovation strategist and Web3 advocate with over a decade of experience translating emerging technologies into real-world impact. At T-Hub, the world’s largest tech incubator, I lead corporate innovation programs focused on Web3 and deep tech—bringing together startups, enterprises, VCs, and government bodies to co-create the future. From closing multi-million-dollar accelerator deals to launching national-scale knowledge series, my work is about connecting the dots between innovation and execution.

Beyond T-Hub, I’m the Founder & CEO of Hemis, India’s first hemp lifestyle brand. We’ve built a catalog of 1,500+ eco-conscious SKUs, scaled through D2C and B2B, and championed R&D in sustainable materials. I also co-founded Hemp Republic, where I helped establish one of India’s first pan-India supply chains for industrial hemp—reducing import reliance and standardizing quality.

My journey in sustainability extends to policy as well. As Joint Secretary of ProjectH, I’ve co-authored impact reports, hosted India’s first national hemp summit, and worked with legislators on regulatory frameworks.

Earlier, I led marketing and community at Autonomy, a decentralized mobility startup, and played a pivotal role in launching TiE Hyderabad’s student accelerator. I’ve also spent time in the entertainment and digital media space with Only Much Louder (OML) and SillyMonks, managing campaigns and talent that reached millions.

At my core, I enjoy building bridges—between deep-tech research and market adoption, between grassroots ecosystems and enterprise mandates. Whether it’s go-to-market strategy, ecosystem development, or sustainability storytelling, I bring a cross-functional mindset and a strong bias for execution.

Education

I hold a B.Tech in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, completed in 2012. During my time there, I built a foundational understanding of computer science and emerging tech, which later shaped my interest in digital innovation, marketing tech, and eventually Web3. My college years also marked the beginning of my involvement in student leadership and community-building through platforms like AIESEC and the National Entrepreneurship Network, which laid the groundwork for my ecosystem-driven approach to innovation.
